Sophie's Yarns return policy is as follows:

• unused yarn in its original packaging may be returned within 90 days
• a store credit will be issued on all returns
• customer is responsible for shipping on returned items
• needles, books and accessories may not be returned
• goods damaged during shipping will be exchanged
